A private office, built on patience.

Stubbs Collective was founded on a simple belief: true value is built over generations, through patient, long-term ownership and disciplined stewardship.

But the story behind it starts earlier than that.

In 1993, the Stubbs family experienced a tragic accident in which Jay and Amanda Stubbs passed away. Their youngest son, Jackson, sustained severe injuries and lived with profound disability, requiring lifelong care before passing away on 18 December 2005.

The inheritance that followed was carefully preserved over the decades and deployed only with intention and long-term purpose. That foundation became the basis of Stubbs Collective.

Capital here is treated with discipline and respect. It goes into strong businesses, resilient assets, and people committed to building over the long term.

We operate as a private family office, our own capital, our own terms, alongside partners who share our outlook.

HOW WE WORK

Long-term, not opportunistic.

Selective. We'd rather pass than compromise.

Hands-on where it counts, without getting in the way of good operators.

Stubbs Collective is a private family office investing in and building community-driven businesses and long-term assets.
